The Vital Statistics Agency Quarterly Digests are available for download as Portable Document Format Files [PDF]. This format is, in effect, an electronic copy of the published volume. It can be stored on your hard drive and viewed by your Acrobat Reader or used by most printers to replicate the formatting of the original printed materials.
