To be eligible to file a Wills Notice you must be:

• over the age of 19 years, or
• under the age of 19 and married, or
• under the age of 19 and in the Canadian Forces on active duty.

How To File a Wills Notice:

• A completed Wills Notice Form must be submitted with the appropriate fee.
  
• Forms are available at any Vital Statistics Agency office or Service BC office.
